We have been building and servicing pools for over 35 years and there are three generations of pool builders in the family. We have watched companies come and go through all of it, and we have kept building the same way. We have adopted new practices as the industry improved without the corner cutting that came with them.

All of our work is guaranteed and comes with a workmanship warranty. Outside of user error or externally inflicted damage we warranty our pool builds for up to 10 years against defects related to the structure and soundness of the pool, contingent on Pool Tec Canada providing the required service and maintenance. Liner damage and ageing is not covered, and wear to pool equipment is covered by the equipment manufacturer warranty, usually 12 to 24 months.

We build our custom pools from start to finish with our own crews. A few specialized trades are the exception, glass work, certain adhesives and welding among them, where the work has to be done by people certified for it. When that happens we bring in specialists we have used for years and hold them to the same standard as our own crews. That consistency is why we are comfortable putting a ten year workmanship warranty behind the build.

Yes. Alongside construction we handle liner replacement, renovations, leak detection, plumbing repair, salt system service and seasonal opening and closing on pools of any age, whoever built them.
